When purchasing a timeshare one rarely considers what they will do if and when they decide to sell their vacation ownership. If and when an owner does decide to sell their vacation property, they often are met with far more challanges than expected. Finding a buyer is often difficult, but doing so without first being scammed into buying ineffective advertising is nearly impossible.
There are a lot of timeshare resale scammers out there so I wrote this book primarily as a guide to what to avoid when selling a timeshare. If you have already purchased advertising services from one of these companies there is a chance that you could be eligible for a refund, if so this book can walk you through the steps you must take to obtain a refund.
Throughout my time in the industry I have also come across several effective systems for advertising timeshares. I have provided this information to serve as a guide for those interested in attempting to sell or rent their timeshares for themselves.
